This class demands your presence. Muscle engagement is different on the water. A challenging flow that takes you out of your mind and into your body. Your land practice will thank you!

Gentle Sunset Flow

Curious about SUP Yoga but don't know where to start? This beginner friendly class is a perfect introduction to learning some basic strokes and gentle stretches, while connecting with nature. Expect to be seated or lying down for the majority of the time.

Bay Bliss Floating Sound Journey

Immerse yourself in a floating sound journey designed to promote deep relaxation through therapeutic sound frequencies and vibrational resonance. While gently floating on the water, you will experience the calming effects of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes, which may help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and encourage meditative brainwave states associated with rest and restoration.

FAQ

You didn’t come this far to stop.....let's get curious

The only way to gain experience is to EXPERIENCE! Whether you're new to yoga, SUP or both, these classes are designed to support all people of all levels.

Falling in is fun! But I must warn you...the water is very wet. Everybody falls in at least once. This practice will certainly humble you, AND cool you off.

Do I need experience?
What if I have injuries/limitations?

Always speak to your teacher about what's going on in your body so that modifications can be offered. If all you did was float on your board, enjoying nature, then THAT'S your practice, and you will be proud of yourself just for showing up.

Absolutely! Just be sure to bring a life vest and treats!

Can I still participate if I'm pregnant?

Yes! Bring your baby and be sure to clear it with your health care professional first. Remember, you're not the only one floating around!

What if I fall in?
What if I don't want my photo taken?

Out of respect for our students and their privacy, you may opt out of any photos by checking the permission box on the waiver.

Can I bring my service animal?
What should I wear?

The water is waste deep where we anchor the boards. In addition, Joe and I are both CPR certified and have completed water safety classes. Life jackets are also provided upon request

What if I don't know how to swim?
What if I have my own board?

BYOBs are always welcome. Please be sure to bring your leash, paddle and a 5lb weight to use as an anchor. Those who have inflatables must arrive 30 minutes prior to class to provide sufficient inflation time. Please note that BYOB does not qualify for class passes.

How do the classes passes work?

Class passes are for board rentals and floating sound journeys only and are not interchangeable. They do not roll over into the next season if unused.

Sup yoga 5 class pass - $200

Floating Sound Journey 5 class pass - $250

Yoga pants, shorts and bathing suits are appropriate. Try to avoid anything that hangs or flows, as it will likely bring you out of your present state. For the same reason, we ask that you leave all personal items on shore. An attachable water bottle being the exception.

13 and up are welcome, but sometimes there are exceptions if there is prior experience.

Can my child come to class?
