Cancellation Policy for Board Rentals
We strive to provide the best experience for our students. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy specifically for board rentals:
Cancellation Notification: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled rental time.
Same-Day Cancellations/No Shows: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for same-day cancellations. If you cancel your booking on the same day as your rental, you will forfeit your payment.
Options for Cancellation: If you provide the required 24-hour notice, you have the following options:
- Full Refund: You may request a full refund of your payment.
- Class Switch: Alternatively, you may choose to switch your booking to another class of your preference.
Please note that Sound Journeys and Yoga classes are not interchangeable. If you switch from a board rental to a sound journey class, you will not receive a refund for the original booking.
Inclement Weather: In cases of inclement weather, we will notify students at least one hour prior to the scheduled class. In such instances, students will have the option to receive a full refund or switch to another class of their choice. The decision to cancel class is made by the owner, not the student.
